Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Guest Services Supervisor at a salary of £32,000 per annum. 
 
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Support the Guest Services Manager in the running of the department
- Ensure smooth, friendly service for all guests
- Handle reservations and customer queries

The experience required is:
- Experience in a reception role, preferably as team leader or supervisor
- Strong communication and a hands-on attitude
- Passion for great service and hospitality

Willingness to learn and demonstrate our charitable working ethos and values, which we deliver through our work of Worship, Hospitality and Service.


***Evening and weekend working is essential for this role***
